Andrew is a HR and Learning & Development specialist most recently working with Vodafone Global and on international assignment in Turkey. He is a Fellow of the Chartered institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Chartered Occupational Psychologist in the BPS and holds and MSc. in Occupational Psychology. His education and experience has equipped him to address all areas of behaviour change although his preferred focus is the personal development journey from assessment and development centres to talent development.
